This msn1270 roams around everybody's post like a police inspector asking questions about their genuineness or true identity etc etc.
He has posted so many advertisements of properties for sale in the 49 posts he has made till this date and yet, Administrators - you have ignored labelling him as a "Real Estate Broker". Why this anomaly or partiality? How come you missed it that he is a broker? How come he has not mentioned anywhere in any of his "For Sale" posts that he is a Broker? And he roams around everybody's posts like a Police Inspector.

I must agree with Ravikanth here. The very first time I read msn's post, I thought he was a broker. The thought came quite natural to me based on the contents posted. Of course he had denied then and continues to do so. While it is possible, technically, that he may not be a broker, once you start advertising for multiple plots owned by different people, you can be considered a broker for all practical purposes.
I hasten to add that I have found msn's posts very informative and useful. So I have quibble with the contents of the post as such.

Nobody has any quarrel with msn1270, but he seems to pick up a "quarrel" with everyone. Just because he posts informative messages does not give him any crown which says he is not a Real Estate Agent when in fact he "is" a Real Estate Agent, who does not even give his email id or phone number openly and expects people only to send him a PM.

We have no issues about msn1270 since he follows our principle "GIVE AND TAKE" 100%.This a public forum monitored by every genuine member.I don't think its humanly possible to make business with 30- 40 mobile numbers (msn1270 mentions the direct owner name and number in most of his posts).

Thanks you very much for your valuable feedback. If you go through some of my previous messages, you get my name, email id & contact details also. Similarly in some of my old messages, I've put the owner name and contact number of the properties also, no broker does such suicidal attempts in his business.. Perhaps my messages may help some people directly or indirectly.
Recent Ex. Few months back, one of the guest member contacted me. He stays in North Bangalore and was not aware of his property's market value. He had already Committed to a person for an XYZ amount for selling his 30X40 corner site. The person who managed the deal at under market value with him was a proxy buyer i.e. broker. After having detailed discussion with me, guest member came to know that prevailing rates are better than what he was offered and later he renegotiated and was able to fetch another Rs. 2.5 Lakhs extra for selling the same site for the same person.
Similarly many buyers have got benefited from my messages. All this I'm doing for no monetary benefit. I've not charged neither the seller nor the buyer. Even those people who had given token advance and later changed their mindset have also received their entire Token advance back. This is not possible with any other Brokers. If any broker feel that b'cos of me they are losing an opportunity to exploit the Buyer or seller, i don't say anything about their greediness. Moreover there is no obligation that every Real estate Transaction has to happen only by paying 2% to the brokers.
you advertise here to earn your livelihood, i do it as my hobby. In last 2.5 years membership here(Also a member of old msngroup), I got very good knowledge about the civil & RE field from a dummy level to an intermediate level through many of the forum members, which will be useful for me some day in my life.
I know very well that this group is a non-profit forum, continuously monitored and efficiently administered by the Moderators. Nobody can misuse this forum repeatedly.
Lastly I'm a electronics engineer working for a Fortune 100 Company (9 X 5 salary Job), which is good enough for my life.

There are people who wants to do property transaction without brokers but they find it hard to get on hold of other parties. If MSN has helped his known people by posting on their behalf, I would personally encourage such motives. That could avoid middleman gain and benifit buyers and sellers.Even I have done that for one of my friend. What's wrong in doing that?
You go to any layout most of the sites are held by agents with GPA with owners, who run monopoly and decide price of the market rate. More than seller it is the buyer who runs in huge profit.
