Planned to buy a dream villa in chennai

Am a software engineer working in Chennai and i have planned to buy a villa in Chennai in and around areas. Finally i found a villa in omr Chennai name The Village. which is good, i like it very much but the price is not suited for me then i bargained the price to 3800 per square foot. This is affordable one for me. Before am going to buy the villa i need tips from you guys please check out the project details in www.the-village.in and post your suggestions.
