BMRDA Sites Amalgamation & Building Plan approval

Dear fellow-boarders,

I wanted to know the rules regarding amalgamation of sites in a BMRDA approved layout:

1. Does BMRDA allow for sites in a BMRDA approved layout to be amalgamated?
2. Will the layout plan be updated to reflect the amalgamated site?
3. Whose building-plan-approval will be required to construct an apartment in such an amalgamated property? Gram Panchayat's or BMRDA's or both?
