I got the following from an agent - are these accurate ? Pls respond as soon as you can as I've to finalize this before going out of town:

I guess the bribe depends on the amount of DD we need to give , I have got an tentative amount for mine
1100 sqft ( ground floor only )

Bribe - 16K ( all inclusive)

Looks good. Not sure about the BL though? Broker commission of 7000+ EC Up to date fee of 1000 seems high. EC depends on what duration it is required.
Also, there is no labor welfare contribution. Please check.

Thanks for the response. I believe by " labor welfare contribution" you are referring to the same as what I listed as "Const Worker fund" ?

Govt Fee for EC---1st year seach--Around Rs 35 thereafter Rs10 for every additional year. Say for 13years EC it costs Rs 150-160.

For G+2 house with 368 sqm, I am getting the following official charges.
1) construction workers welfare board: 33680
2) BBMP commissioner - 25 K
How do I verify if this is accurate? This seems to be different than the formula from the quote that Bala got. Does the charges increase if the number of floors are more?

I got my plan approved - finally:-)
For plan approval purposes, BBMP did not deduct the ground floor car parking area. For 456 Sqm, I ended up paying the following.

I am also going forward contractor finalization. We are getting quotes from 3 contractors (in addition to looking at the houses built by them and getting references). Any tips on this step?
