Yelahanka Layouts - Nisargha layout, Anathapura?

Hi All,

This post is being created for people looking to sell/buy plots/houses in and around yelahanka!

May i please know if you have a well approved plot/house for sale in and around yelahanka?

Also, i have seen a plot in Nisargha layout, Anathapura, Yelahanka and below are the queries that i have..

1) It is a B khata plot, is it recommended to buy it? Documents available are , Mother deed(xerox only), registration papers, b khata, BBMP bills, EC. Is it OK to have only a xerox copy of the mother deed?

2) Do you know any good advocate(in/near yelahanka) who can check these documents for me?

3) What is the market value in this area? 1200/SqFt is correct?

4) Any experiences/reviews with this layout - Nisargha layout in anathapura, Yelahanka?

Please help me with the above!

Also, please let me know if there are any layouts/value homes coming up in and around yelahanka.... NOT LUXURY VILLAS please...

Hi All,
You can check out Jayasurynagar near kogillu @ Yelhanka....this is only BDA approved layout in this area...rates re 200Rs per sq ft currently.

Ho Raaga,
Hey sorry the price was in the range of 1800 to 2000Rs per sqft it depends on you negotiations ......Unfortunately I dont have any contacts of Brokers there...coz i bought it directly from the owner! If I come to know any other owners are selling then will keep you updated.

I see from your earlier post that it is a BDA approved layout. Is it same as KPSC layout? Also is there any litigation in Jayasuryanagar 1st Phase?
