Telecom layouts Approved BIAPPA

Hi,

Do you guys have any Idea about Postal &Telecom layouts Approved from BIAPPA near Airport, last week we have seen some sites from 'Postal and Telecom society', so far they opened the booking for new layout called Sandesh Lake side pahse II rate is 690/sqft.

Is their any Idea about the area and how it will have future if i take site of size 30x40 in this locality.

any body have taken the plot from Postal &Telecom layouts recently ,
can any body tell me, how we need to apaproach to buy plot from the socity.i dont want to go through broker,
its meant for only telecom and postal people or it is for everybody..and how will be the availabity.??
the association named under bsnl employee association also will come under same group..(aero park etc)??

Hi Kousalya,
- I have booked a site in Postal and Telecom Housing Society.

- For Sandesh Lake View Phase II Project currently booking is happening by this month end booking might close.

- As I know the developer who is helping Postal & Telcom housing Society for developing this layout I can help you in getting the application.

- I suggest first you do the site visit if you like the location then only go for the booking.

- I heard from the Developer they have already got the zonal clearance for the land acquired for these layouts( i.e for both Ist and IInd phase).

- For this layout BIAPPA approval comes later i.e after getting the approval from polution control board approvel.

- BIAPPA aprovel is done for Some other Telecom housing society sites near by which is developed by same developer for that society i.e Telecom Employees Co-operative housing society www.telecomhousing.org. These people are having 3 layouts in same location.

- This project is open for every body but dierctor should recomend your Associate Membership.

- BSNL Aero Park is done by some other housing society they are not related with this society.

Could you please let me know how good is this area and I am also interested a site in this layout. But as of now I have not visited the site.
Also I believe the rate is 690 psqft right, any nego and how to book the site if I want and what abut the legal verifications.
Please share more information if you have.

Hi Siva,
- I am also new to this area as this place is very near to 320 feet IVC road and also I heard that there is a posibility of large IT SEZ coming near ( 5 Km ) to this layout and also commuting to Doddabalapur Textile SEZ from this place will be very easy once 320 feet IVC road is formed. Keeping all these things in mind I have booked the site.
- I don't think rate is negotiable as this site is from Housing society.
- Please vist the site http://postalhousingsociety.org/ for more details Project name is Sandesh Lake View Phase II.
- Go through the links mentioned below about the new SEZ's comming in Bangalore, almost all the SEZ's are coming near Internation air port.
In todays DNA-Bangalore I have seen Gulf Oil is coming up with a SEZ near International air port.

I am not able to open this site "http://postalhousingsociety.org/", I would like to know how to book the site. do you have any one contact number.
Is ti required to join as a memeber in this socity.
Also I heard that for each installment, they would provide only a receipt. no agreement would happen till the project complete. Is it true.
In that case how we can trust this people.
And also some one posted Rate is 630 sqt is it true. What about the Lawer verfivcation.

How genuine these socity people and in this which project they are currently selling. When I saw the net they have multiple projects but couldn't fine the location properly. Do you have any information on this project.
