Hi, I am lookng for a 30x40 plot for constructing a house immediately. I am interested in the areas like Uttarahalli, Nagarbavi, Chandra layout, JP nagar 8th phase, kanakpura road, bannerghatta road , sarjapur road.
The price range can be 2500-3100 per sq ft. The plot should be eligible for loans and hassle free. BBMP A khata is preferrred.
