Prices of tiles, granite, marble, etc., are likely to rise sharply soon.
I expect at least a 30–40% increase.
If you are constructing a house, plan to buy these materials immediately—don't delay.

Hi guys,
After a long break from my bda sites forum, planning to get involved in discussions actively further.
1mm Laminates are increased by 200/- per sheet average
.8mm lams increased by 100/- per sheet
liner lams by 50-60/- per sheet
Plywoods by 10% increased.
Usually these are heavy formaldehyde consumption industries.
