I feel that Marathahalli have few sites which all documents are in place like katha, betterment etc.
If you have any contacts please do share since we have site near marathahalli which we are struggling to get loan but not able to (since these are revenue site and earlier this was under greenbelt area but still i observed every day lot of constructions are happening)
