Duplicate khata

Does anyone know the process to obtain duplicate copy of khata certificate (original was lost) for BDA property? Thank you.

You should be able to apply for it online kaverionline.karnataka.gov.in assuming there is no red tape post submitting the application. I have not had personal experience as yet myself of applying khata onlne.
