Katha will be issued after sakrama is regular, whatever katha issued will not have book entry(it is dummy), however regn is possible with katha in form 1 and form 12 issued by panchayth, bank loan possible for DC converted site with panchayth katha.

Hello Rangavittala,

thank you for the post. What does this imply?

1. Does anyone know when the sakrama will be opened up?
2. When yo say dummy khata - what is the khata valid for (according to you, one can register with that), will it be valid to apply for house plan approval?

Thanks again.

katha now getting by any BBMP office will be of Dummy(duplicate) without book entry in their ledgers, however regn is possible with form1 & form 12 katha, within BBMP or BDA limits, and few banks are giving loans these properties with atleast DC conversion & BDA NOC.

Hello,
Thanks for clarification,
I have a couple more questions..
If any of you can help answer these questions it would be of great help.

1.So does this mean we dont have to do Sakrama for these sCMC ites if we have BBMP khatha?
2.Also in the documents I got for the khatha none of them say "Suverna khatha" or "sarala Khatha"
and there is no mention of "proeprty id" only khatha number is mentioned are we supposed to
get property ID along with Khatha?
3.How do we get the suverna khatha/Sarala Khatha as mentioned on BBMP website

Hi Friends,
Can someone provide me following details?

-- Is some builder tells, his apartment comes under CMC and now under BBMP and he is having BBMP khata. Is it a legal apartment?
-- how BBMP approved apartment is different than BDA approved one?
-- One builder told me that, in Whitefield area, one can go applying for BBMP khata or BDA khata for the same building. he has applied for BBMP becuase
BDA approval costs him more.. is it a valid logical point?
-- Any legal implications in future if I buy something which is BBMP approved and not BDA? nowadays, I see lot of appartments having BBMP approval and fall in budget.

please give your valuable inputs on this. I am unabled to get proper info.

Thanks a lot.
