Approvals Required to start construction

Hi Team members,

Can anyone let me know what kind of approvals we should have before starting construction in BDA plot.

Howmuch time will it takes to obtain these approvals

Can we approach directly to obtain these approvals or any agent are available.

Hi,
To start construction at any site you need
1. Sanction dwg from bbmp - This takes any where between 1 month to 3 months depending up on the approach you take.
2. Temparory power connection - This is given under commercial connection and it takes not more than 2-3 days once you have proper shed to keep the meter and board protected from rain and sun. ( This is not necessary to take till you have no requirment of power at site)

If it's in BDA limits, you need to apply for BDA Plan sanction, else need to take BBMP plan sanction. Temparory power connection. Contact your contractor on this and he will do that for you.

Any idea who is the authority to provide building plan approval for anjanapura 11th block further extension. BBMP OR BDA..? How to find this
