Can someone let me know the rough cost of temporary shed for watchman/Materials of size 10ftx10ft with concrete blocks.

To construct the temporary shed, the cost would be -
1) Cement blocks - 500 nos @ Rs 30-35 = 15000
2) Cement Bags - Penna/Nagarjuna = 5 bags @ Rs 300 = 1500
3) Cement sheets 12 feet length = 5 Nos @ 600-700 per sheet = 3500
4) Temporary door 2 Nos = 4000
5) Labour/Masan charges for Shed = 10000
6) Locks, Inches for Doors and fixing = 1000
Total would be around Rs. 35000/-
