BDA Flats and any customizations possible before handover?

Hi,

I am planning to buy a BDA 2 bhk flat. I want to know the pros and cons if anyone has already bought flat from BDA.

My main concerns is I want to know if any customization can be done before handover ex: tile selection for floor and bathroom. Sanitary ware selection like camode, taps, faucets etc.

Secondly what are the kind of basic amenities provided. Mainly whether a park will be provided within the apartment limits like "National Games Village".

Also if anyone can help me out on choosing good projects. I am more interested in West Bangalore, including tumkur road.

I don't think such possibilities, as BDA or KHB First completes the project and then distribute the flats to the public by way of lottery mechanism.
Regarding the amenities, standard amenities are like Lift, Water, STP units...etc. Even covered/open car Parking lot need to be purchased separately. Availability of Park or swimming pool..,etc may vary from project to project. Not guaranteed in all the projects.
