What are the rates for vacant sites , is there any penalty for that.

The penalty is very huge. How will the people pay such huge penalties, when they do not have enough money to construct house.

I have a 60X40 site in JP nagar , 9th phase 2nd block , to day I got Tax Challan from BDA.

It is 10,882/- , last year it was 1,300 or so. ALmost 10 times increase and 900% increase. Not sure how BDA is going to justify such steep hike.

Dear Sirs,

Kindly let me know by when can you get the Cauvery water pipeline issue resolved? I raised this concern multiple times in multiple meetings and also handed over letter to the association as per the request. Two lanes in 3rd block doesn't have water pipeline and sewage line. I'm aware that rest of the layout has got water direct to their houses. This is unacceptable to let the residents in troubles even after becoming a member.

Do we have cauvery water connection in 11th block further extension or any proposal has been made by BWSSB on water connectivity. Can any one guide me.
