Feedback on service provider - glowship.com

Folks,
Anyone constructing an independent house right now or planning to build one in future, wanted to warn you against this online vendor called : "glowship.com"
This guy sells solar panels, UPS, inverters, booster pumps etc. They have a sales guy called Rajesh Jaiswal.
I had a very bad experience with him. You will find him very easy to work with till the time product is sold. But once the sale is done he disappears and also does not provide good customer service.
I had a very bad experience with him after buying booster pump. He says that his scope of work is product installation support, but in reality he does not provide any support.
I had lot of issues with the way product was installed and he totally disowns the thing by saying that it is a installation / plumbing issue.
On top of that if you ask him to send a technician to to investigate the issue, he will ask you to pay in advance before technician visits the site.
His behaviour is quite unprofessional.
Strongly recommend to stay away from this vendor.

I would suggest you to write what the issues are about booster pump .Members will get educated about the practical mistakes that we do .I understand your feel about not providing after sale services, that is a mistake from vendor .

Hi Praveen,

Let me explain the issue to you. There are 2 components whcih go into the overall installation of a booster pump. The pump istelf which in my case was Shakti booster pump of 1.5 kva and there is an additional 24 ltr tank which is fitted on top of the pump.
These glowship guys sell a combo pack of the tank and pump. Now the installation of this tank and pump combo needs to be done properly so that the overall device functionc properly.
In our case these guys never provided expert supervision or installation. Once we started using the pump it started making very loud pumping sounds which would literally shake the entire villa.
Initially when we kept on complaining, this guy put all the blame squarely on plumbing and said that there are leakages in plumbing lines which is why the noise is coming.
Finally after a lot of fight he once sent a technician and the issue turned out to be due to instalallation of the tank on top of the pump.
Biggest problem you will face in this regards is that if you call Shakti booster pump support, they will come, but they only take responsibility of the pump. If there are any issues in this tank which sits over the pump they say they are not responsible for it.
This is why it is very important that you procure this from a good vendor who takes care of installation and after sales support.
