i have not heard of Royal ppl before this but they have some properties around that area. I have heard of Upkar before and they seem be OK. if u get any info about Royal realtors do let me also know. Also look at SRR developers WESEX in the same area ... they are also quoting 1100. Upkar Meadows may be available for less as they said it is negotiable.

Royal people seems to have a good image and have completed so many projects in Bangalore - http://www.royalreality.com/projects.asp
I havent heard about SRR Dev WESEX but will look into it. Do you have any plans to visit that area? May we can go together. Can meet near HSR BDA Complex or Silk Board.
If Upkar has good image we can consider buying a site in Upkar Meadows also. I hope we can get it in 800-875 range. In the same area RK is charging 1350.

Did any body visit A.M.R Bick Filed Shelters. It is Near chandaput on to the main road marketed by artha property. they are having villas from 30 to 60 lakhs..
Iam planning to go ahead wid this.please advice me on this.

Also please refer me a good lawyer in south bangalore who can verigy the papers.

Do have know some good sites or developers in or around Hoskote? I feel this area is going to develop earlier than any other area. Comments pls?
Tomorrow I am going to visit one project from http://www.teamwinningedge.com/ near Hoskote. Any idea about this developers image in the market & prevailing rate in that area? He says its around 6 kms from Hoskote junction.
Will share my feedback tomorrow after the visit.

I visited upkar springfields yesterday and found it good. RKtownship and others come close to bommasandra i guess. so iam skeptical about environment there.

I am thinking of going ahead with a plot in upkar springfields. if any of you are of the same idea do let me know, so that we can all talk together to Upkar and ask for some group booking discount.

Hello Adroit,
Have u seen Upkar Meadows behind New Biocon. That is available at a lesser price. Actually Springfield is very far from the city so if you want somewhere within the city limits u can consider Upkar Meadows, RK Township etc.
Pls let me know your views.

Do check on pollution in biocon area and water table contamination. There were lot of protests initially against setting up biocon plant there
