Has anyone registered a 40 x 60 site in sln city layout. My society people have been telling that 40 x 60 sites have not been made yet. Please share your knowledge in this regard.

Any idea when the allotment for 2nd stage is starting(or started )? Last time I called they said it will start in Jan-2010. Please reply if you have any info about the II Stage allotment at Tavarekere.

Hi sir, We have taken site 30x50 in Syndicate Bank Layout which is a part of SLN City near Big Bnayan tree 2 years back and paid all installments in time. But they have been postponing registration of sites. If we call them and ask Shashikanth, he will tell reg will be done in December, if we ask in December he will tell in April registrations will be done. From 2 years he is telling the same. Who do we contact? But the sites taken under Durga Shelters owned by shashikanth are done. Can u please give me the status of registration of sites in Syndicate Bank society (SLN City)? U can giv a call to these numbers and get latest info.. Actually i forgot this guy's name..
He is one-of-the-many people who r looking after layout-formation/registration-process...

He is like assistant of Krishnappa.. So u can get first-hand info..

I heard various society people giv lot of wrong info and they bluff alot.. So instead of running behind ur society people, u can call this guy and get atleast some info.. but dont believe all the things he says

my society name is Karnataka State Employee Housing Society Vijayanagar
for Second Stage SLN city this people told the map is not yet ready..so it will take 2-3 months still to get Registration

Anybody who has any idea regarding the above mentioned can share your ideas

Hello all, I had a small piece of land registered in this Area Doda Aladamara. Since I am being out of country I did not look at it for long. Somehow I happen to tell my friend that, can you pl.s go and have a look at it.
After taking time out from his busy schedule he gave a greate surprise that in this area there is a SLN layout, not sure if land I registered is in the layout. As per the assessment my friend told that, SLN city layout has the land which I registered in 2003.

I wonder what is the best source to get the authentic information. I do have all the documents even the tiny receipts from the land registration office. Even my another friend also has the land here registered even he has the documents. I do know few other also who got land here not sure how to get the reliable source of information around this. Also we have the documents with sellers pictures.

I called one of these numbers and sopke to a person. He said that the many of of the sites are approved by BMRDA and alloted to society but the Layout Krsihnappa/his son has to set registration date for these released sites. he doesn't know when will that happen. He say to complete the entire layout thru various scoieties it may take upto 2 yrs. So our money paid in full 3 yrs ago would have doublesd in 5 yrs if invested in a proper manner.

our society guys are giving 3 months dealine for registration that keeps extending everytime. Only god knows on when we'll get our sites.
