Which bank is good for plot(site) loan..??

Iam planning to purchase BDA plot. Iam little worry about that which bank i have togo.
Please suggest which bank is best for plot loan.

if u r going for a BDA/BBMP Plot, you can get it from any nationalised Banks. Prefer SBI. Also in case you are starting construction soon, you can opt for a Combo Home loan itself, where within 2 years you need to start your house construction, where the interest rate is same as Regular Home Loan.

Nationalised banks give loan based on the Govt Guidance Value. Not on the Market Value.

Never Ever try to go for any private banks.

even banks like IDBI,Indian bank and LIC housing are giving site loans, as well as composite loan , but few banks fund for market value or govt guidance value , u can choose depending on loan amt to be taken
