Dear friends
Its not looking rosy for realestate. Praying for recovery very soon,as many of their hard earned money has been invested, keeping my fingers crossed.
Invested in realestate and worried about the gloom now
Re: Invested in realestate and worried about the gloom now
What "gloom" are you talking about? Have real estate prices come down in bangalore?
Re: Invested in realestate and worried about the gloom now
Right. Brigade and Prestige are launching properties whose prices start from Rs 6000. In 2011, their starting prices were Rs 4000. If there is a slowdown, I don't really see it anywhere

For me Bangalore is part of India. Look at the rupee, its been ripped apart. No governance and mismanagement of the economy, is leading to gloom and eventually doom. I am really worried about the state of the economy, where the chain reaction might eventually lead to more crash in stocks and realestate. I think realestate has already peaked & might go down. This is my personal opinion.

Real estate asset is not liquid asset and does not appreciate quickly. Most assets do fluctuate in value over time. Sometimes you are ahead and other times you are not. Most assets come out ahead in the long run and this is due to the fact, Gov'ts are endlessly busy printing currency, A part of these will get invested in Real estate and hence if you hold on to your assets long enough, you will make a profit.niarhab wrote:Dear friends
