Yes, it is available. Another benefit about this site (all sites in that lane) is that it has got about 2.5 ft extra which is not there on the papers. People have already constructed houses utilizing this area but this 100 sft addional area is not considered for the sale consideration. so it is free (about 1.5 - 2 lacs worth) as long as it is with the owner
