Cauvery Water Stage 4 phase 2

Anybody know whether JP Nagar 8th Phase , Anjanapura or BSK 6th stage will get water in the stage 4 cauvery expansion , which is supposed to be functional from Sept 2012 ? If you have any info , please share it.

I was talking to one of the landlord-turned-brokers in BSK 6th stage and he told me that the land originally allotted to build a water tank has been acquired by the forest dept and a new site is being finalized. In his opinion, it might take another 1-2 years for the water supply to start. However, I am not sure of how true this news is.

Looks like cauvery water will become a reality in JP Nagar 8th phase. Atleast the resident welfare association here has started distributing applications for applying to BWSSB connection.

Yes I too heard that they would be distributing it soon...but dint know that they have already started it...which area its started and is this a first hand information ?

Even though BWSSB & RWA's are in the process of distributing applications and collecting the fees...etc,
not all the proposed areas will get the kaveri water in the near future(atleast this year).

what I heard from a BWSSB Employee last weekend, is the project (Laying the huge pipes upto the Bangalore
city) itself is not yet completed. It may take several more months time.

jackalbda, i was talking about RWA for Royal County, Deepak Layout, etc. Yes this is a first hand information.

Yesterday I was asked to come and collect the application form for cauvery connection. I dint get time and have not gone yet. Though it can be done individually also, residents welfare association is distributing the forms now.

already apartments associations/ layout plot owners in Kengeri & RR nagar areas started paying fees for BWSSB connections
