1. Location of the plot . --> Anjanapura 5th G Block
2. Size of the plot: 600 sqft (20 ft road facing)
3. Facing --> East facing
4. Information about developer / builder. --> BDA
5. State if it is a BDA plot or not --> BDA plot
6. Approvals - BDA, BMRDA, BBMP, DC conversion etc. --> BDA
7. Price info - price per sq. ft and total price. --> Rs 2750/sqft
8. Contact info - preferably both email and phone, or at least one --> vrkram@gmail.com
9. If direct seller or Broker. --> I am the Direct owner
10. If Broker - post the fees/commissions you charge. --> None

Just curious. What is there in the Anjanapura recommending such this huge prices ? Any development has happened or the prices have just gone up foreseeable development ?

Just because someone asks a price doesn't mean it will get sold for that price. Real estate prices are going up in Bangalore in general. Just take a look at apartment prices per sq ft between now and 2 years ago.
Anjanapura is on the brink of becoming a well sought out layout. BWSSB and BDA need to get going by providing water and sewage.
