I heard there is some plots available in Ani Ecozone Layout. can anybody let me know what is the current running price there for DBA sites. Agents are quoting 2800

I am new to this Forum..I was searching to Buy plot in Ani Eco zone 2 months back and I found this forum ... Few days back I purchased the 30x50 plot for 2650/sft. I was looking for the BDA site since couple of months at best place.. I felt this is the good one and chosen it. plus points are There is alredy Sky Lark Villas (occupied) and there are many projects (new ventures) are starting in the same way. The good this is you feel peace full as forming is there in aournd.

I also recently booked a plot there, waiting for legal to pass through. How is the legal-opinion, any grey areas or did the lawyer give full-green.

Some one pasted this above link, earlier. Though they're dominantly referring to Akshaya Red stone, they're saying 5 layouts around bangalore east having mix of BDA & panchayat plots and both of the offices asking for betterment/tax, and owners not knowing who to pay.
Are there such issues with ani econ zone.

Owners please respond, i will also check with my lawyer on this

They have provided me all the documents that my lawyer asked me. My Lawyer has given the green signal ..how ever I am taking the leagal openion document for my reference from my lawyer. If you are buying from the direct from owner share , you will get the BDA Khatha after registration is done. If the site is resale one , just check whether have the khatha or not. if not they will help you on getting khatha. In The confident group lay out they are quoting 3300/- per sft, though they did not make any lay out ..they just have sites ..I feel Ani eco zone worth it in buying at the current price

Are you saying you are going for 2-lawyers for verification ?, i think it should be safe, to go for 2
I agree about confident, its way un-fairly priced, and Sai-Gardern which was next to it, was sold out for 1750/- final price, now the owners are quoting 3K, as it is next to confident.


Three things are of concern to me about aniecozone:
1. Layout may have some water problem (very strange with a lake near it), sounds insane. But there is one new house constructed, and other one almost complete.
both say getting water was difficult, where as house in entrance, mentioned, they got water in 400 ft. Tastes fine, dont know which is true.
2. Hopefully lake development authority will not have any problem with this layout, for encroachment etc,.
3. How do we find the site is not double-sold, just in case

I hv booked site no 46. in the second 40% release, which site have you booked ?
Will start construction ASAP. When do you think it will become livable, what is your gut feel, as in that road, nothing is around.

When did you book the 46 site. I guess it must be just one week back? I have booked Site no. 86. Next week I have registration. Regarding water issue i am not sure if the problem really exist. How ever in bangalore where ever you go we have have water problem. But As this layout is just near to lake ... I dont think we get the water problem. perhaps what should be available at withing 200 fts. The lawyer that I went is famous one and I did not think of going to other lawyer and I trust the owener as he is from my home town. Can u pls tell me the name of your lawyer..I've also booked a site near origin harmony layout.I've done verifictn with lawyer.but am not satisfied with him.So thinking 2 go for second opinion..
