Plan Approval + Road Cutting Charges Clubbed Together

Later , I think I read somewhere ( was it in this forum only) , that even in BDA its not yet rolled out. So in that case it might not be there in BBMP also yet.

I applied for house plan approval 30 x 40 last week to BBMP through an agent. He is asking Rs 17100/- for road cutting (40 feet road) in addition to the plan approval charges. Is it mandatory to pay the road cuttung charges now itself or can i pay it later. ? please clarify..

Hi,
With the current sanction system road cut charges need to be paid upfront ,it is to make easy to owners running from bwssb to bescom to bbmp.
