What is the current price levels for residential plots at Bannerghatta Road, around Meenakshi Temple?..

I believe brokers are quoting too high. Any information from recent buyers or from those who are currently looking for buying would be really helpful.

Basically the depends on the each layout and its location. For Ex: Classic Layout costs around Rs. 5500/- per sq ft.

I am also in search of a site 30x40 around bannerghatta road,begur road,
I have seen some sites in Meenakshi layout,lake view layout,Classical layout,Viswapriya layout
etc. the rates quoted are from Rs.2800/- to 3500/- slightly negotiable.

i bought a 60x40 plot in INCITY layout(BBMP 'A' KHATA) and got it registered in september for the price of 1550/-.
