Carmilaram church layout and adjacent layouts

I was about to buy a plot in a layout formed by Carmilaram church, the site situated is in very nice communicty and beautiful area (behind carmilarm church). The price were also reasonable and they said only B katha will be provided for timebeing. Later came to know from my friend and a local broker that these areas are BDA notified .... narrow escape ...
