Id like to say that I have finally found the site I was looking for.
Heads up for people who are still looking for sites,
DO NOT DEAL WITH BROKERS!! Give them 1% to introduce owners and carry on discussions directly with owners.
The jacked up prices of 4500 is wrong! You get it for much much cheaper if you find the right owner.
