[Site Wanted] 50x80 site

I am looking for a 50x80 site, preferably in and around Visweshwaraiah Layout (any block).

Site should hold future commercial prospect (with 80 feet or 100feet roads in front)
It should be reasonably priced. Real estate brokers are welcome, provided they work for 1% commission only.

Would like to negotiate directly with the site owner. Resale agents are discouraged, if the terms are steep.

I can get the registration done quickly, if the property is genuine.
