I am thinking of buying a site at green garden phase II, banjara layout near Haramayu, Can anyone please let me know the prevailing rates in the layout.

What price are they quoting for you? I have heard around 2700/psft which looks a lot to me.

3000 is too high i guess. Is it A khata or B khata ? & DC converted or not?

They are quoting 2500 per sqft, when i checked last week
