Nobel Residency, Bannerghatta Road

Hi,
I am thinking of buying site in Nobel Residency, Bannerghatta Road for constructing a house.
For 30*50 site the price brokers are quoting is RS. 2500.
I don't know much about bangalore. Is it worth buying site in that area?
Please help me with your opinions.

I am one of the owner in Nobel residency. I was approached by a neighbour that some one is asking for Rs.2800/- per sq.ft. for my site and is ready to pay immediately. I am surprised with the price and require infor from any one who bought any site recently for price near that
