This makes it more than Rs 3000 per sq ft. Hmmm...

Brokers are playing havoc with the prices in BSK6. Fancy prices in the range of 3000 above is being quoted and these are fluctuating by the day.
I am also one of the badly affected genuine buyer due to this high speculation. I am not able to find a site matching my price and frankly the prices hovering now is very very unrealistic and fancy.
No doubt, BSK6 is one of the best planned layouts with lot of potential, but the ground realities regarding pricing is unrealistic and hitting genuine buyers badly
