I saw couple of sites in bcmc layout through agent. Price quoted is 3000+ for North or East facing or corner sites. You'll also find direct owners quoting lesser price if you search in classifieds. FYI, there's a private burial ground in the center of layout, adjacent to a park. I've been told by agent that it's not public, it's land owners and society is trying to get it closed.
