Owners who expect cash payment don't even bother, it doesn't suits me. Only who're willing to sell it for actual value (in sale deed), please contact.

Thanks for all the folks who contacted me via email. Last week, I bought a 30*40 south facing site in bank officers layout, block 1, stage 1, through an agent Meharnath (who is also a member in this forum). Final price paid, Rs 2960 /- psqft.
