I also have a question. How to get in touch with real owners who are interested to sell?
Out in the market, you always get to talk to brokers/agents who always quote very high and unreasonable prices.
So far, I have seen 100+ plots, but not even one real owner, all are agents and resellers.
Only god can save the market

Hi. I'm also looking sites in BHARATH HOUSING SOCIETY. Today some 1 agent show me 2 adjacent 30*40 sites, that is north facing sites, hardly 200meters from KENGERI ROAD. He's coating Rs.2500per sqft. And telling the owner is in DELHI. He will come only for AGREEMENT. Is it worth in that area.
