Buying Site for constructing house nearby KR puram

Hi All,

I am planning to buy a site for house construction within 1 year. I prefer only BMRDA sites near old madras road or Whitefield side.
If anybody in this forum is interested for house construction, we can form a group, buy sites nearby and construct houses together.
If anybody has already formed such a group, please let me know.
I have an option, signature tulips, near to hoskote. It is having good connectivity to Whitefield and KR puram.
They are quoting 1650.

Have you purchased plot in Signature Tulips? any idea what is the final negotiated price for a 30*40 or 30*50 (east or north facing)? Do you think that layout is livable in one to two year time? I am planning to visit the same this weekend.

if you want to construct an house then please buy something near to k r puram its very far and you will not have any security over there if you wanna stay. and BMRDA sites are also available in Hoskote if ur interested please let me know i can suggest you the layout. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Hi Anji, Can you please suggest in the forum itself, so that every one can review and can share their experience if any.
Betw, today i have visited signature Tulips but haven't met anyone from marketing team since it was already 6pm. my findings are below. might be useful for someone.
1. compound wall already done, drainage work and Road work going on.
2. All sites are marked
3. one house construction is already going on !!
4. Also found one small cemetery (approx. 1000 sqft) adjacent to the layout with 4to 5 graves, those graves are beautifully constructed with granite or something
Edit: Though this is obviously distracting me a bit, not sure if its going to be a problem in the future.
5. Road connectivity from old madras road : Road is not tarred and looks like 40ft width dont have idea about future developments.
6. price quoted when called is 1600/sqft and negotiable. I think 1300 - 1350 would be a good price
Iam planning to check other layouts in that area next week.

Thanks for sharing the complaints against Tulips.
I didn't purchased in Tulips because of high price. I am offered 1450/- and I felt it is not worth to buy for that price.
