i heard it is Around rs 2000 per sq. Ft.

May be lesser than that. Some are available for 1650-1750 if you search enough. Just saw a site in g block, south facing 40*60, 50 ft road qouting 1750 about 2 days ago.

i have 30x40 north facing at 5th G block. rate 2300/sqft not nego. conect owner:very good location
