We are interested in buying site in AECS Layout, Bommanahalli. Our budget is 30L.

We are planning to construct house in this site. So could you please share your ideas about AECS layout ?
- Is there any legal issues in this layout?
- Is this layout is BDA approved?
- How about the water level in this layout.

It would be great if you share some information.
