Hi Santhosh,

If you are 4 people then why dont you pool in another 2 people and then buy 1 acre land. Then you can get it converted and divide into bigger plots or give it to developer. That is a cheaper way. Just a thought.

it may be cheaper, but remember there are many rules on the formation of sub plots, and the headaches with conversion etc. are not that simple.

Agree with Blrsiteseeker. It is more painful to get the conversion and approvals on our own. Has any one in this group has done this?
