Guys, pls be aware that gunjur is one of the areas where bda is going to notify for the proposed nijalingappa layout. so anything other than bda approved properties would be dangerous.

Hi Kalidas,
The BBMP put on hold for Nijalingappa layout, because of farmers agitation in other locations like Kempegouda and other BDA layouts. And once you get ipproval from BBMP and get " A Katha" BDA will not acquire the land until and unless for Public usage like Roads. I spoke to one of the BDA engineer and then only we decided to buy this and build the houses.
