Hi Dinesh,

I advise do not put expected price since whatever you are quoting is very huge for this area since you are quoting broker/direct party will stick to your price. Even i had been searching for 600sq plot on this area for many days i am not getting correct owner or correct price. In my opinion from 1st to 5th block in good locations maximum 2000 per sqft. For 1200 sq 1800 is the maximum not more than this. Brokers are quoting high due to either they may have agreement with the direct owners.

Better have patience and stick to your price and particular blocks. Prefer go with direct person rather than broker
