Iam seeing all quotes in Narayananagar I/II/II blocks and BCMC are crazy now a days, as if thats a lottery of life time!
Dont know what the magic happening there...A genuine buyers must slap back to stop this.

Why don't you try in BCC Layout, which is adjacent to BCMC?. People constructing there houses, looks like there is no local issue now. Banks are giving loans.
And the price around 60-70% of BCMC.
