What is the current rate running ar Nisarga layout at Bannergatta?
I got a reply from them yesterday,current rate is rs1600/sqft.
Is it worth to invest there at this cost?Or Nandanavana?

The rate in Nisarga layout now is between 1100 to 1300 Rs. per sft. Nandanavana is n800 to 900 per sft. In my opinion it is better to invest in BDA or BDA approved properties nearer to Bangalore. I bought a site in Nisarga south extension, thinking that it will be a good investment for future. Basically I was looking for a safe and peaceful living community rather than nearer to city which is clumsy as always. Nisarga staff are very proactive and I believe they will develop the layout in such a way that, all the necessary facilities will be either inside the layout or nearby. I heard that now they have a Corporation Bank also inside the layout, this will be a real advantage for all the site holders in Nisarga..

I am not planning to sell my site in Nisarga Layout.
