Looking for 30X40 site in Anjanapura 1-8th Block

I have a 40x60 BDA site in Anjanapura 8th Block, south facing which I want to sell. Asking price is 44L, pl. call me if interested.

For a south-facing plot, the price quoted appears to be too high for me. An agent has shown me a south facing 30X40 plot in Anjanapura 8th block and the owner is ready to settle it for Rs 1500 psft. I am sure for a 40X60 site, the psft price would be much lower. I can look into this only if the price is less than Rs 1500 psft. I do not want to unnecessarily call you and disturb you if the price is over my budget (which is 1500 psft). Please let me know.

no owners will give for 1500Rs per sq ft, that too BDA site. I hope u can go for Revenue site still u may get cheaper price.
if you want BDA yo have to invest 2200+ (THIS IS FACT & TRUTH).

Check the date before posting. This was posted over an year back. and yes price was then 1500 or even lesser. Last year march-april I had seen several sites in the mentioned blocks for 1400-1700, and ready to negotiate. Current prices might be over 2200+ but I havent seen any development in these blocks except for a handful of houses that are getting constructed, to justify the 50% steep price. In any case, I am well aware of current prices in Anjanapura and I am not a fool to expect someone to sell me a site for 1500 now. And yes I am looking for a plot, not advice (FACT & TRUTH)!
