I am interested to purchase from owners with clear titles (A Katha and betterment charges paid) rather than brokers and resellers. I am looking for a 1200 sqft. BDA site at Anjanapura for last one month through broker in 5 block. I am not able to find a good plot in that area.So every time I visit there,the rate jumps by Rs. !00.Is that the rate changes weekly.Who decides the rates

Deal with the owner directly. The market decides the rates. Rates have been going up in Anjanapura in last 3 months or so.
