I am a genuine buyer, looking to buy a 40x60 site at Banashankari 6th stage with the following prefernce -
Facing: East/North/West
Plot area in sqft - 40x60
location - corner/intermediate

I am looking to buy only from direct allotees/owners, so brokers/resellers strictly please excuse.

Hi,

There are no 40'x60' in BSK VI stage. There are only 12x18mtr sites which are close to 40'x60' but not so. Many people are being duped by owners / agents for taking the total value for 2400.00 sft when it is only 2325.00 sft. Hope this info is usefull for you to pursue the final value of the site, vis a vis rate / sft.

Also I am a civil engineer agent who wish to bring to notice that some sites in Bank officers layout are also as good (if not better) than BSK VI stage sites. Take your decision after looking at some in bank officers layout too, which will be extremely near to the proposed NAMMA METRO Extension - Krishnalila park station.

Yes, i did notice about this differential between sqft and mtrs. I agree, Bank officers layout is good, i have a cousin brother who stays in the neighbouring BCC layout, but the price is on the higher side.

I already have buyers who are ready to pay me 68L so you can think and wait and buy when it goes at 3200 per sq ft which is 76L.
now if you go and check the prices are in the range 2800 to 3000 at 4th block. And moreover my site is immediate pareallel to 100ft road.
