I am also planing to buy a land in the same Layout. But we are still in Dilemma since it is a B Katha Property. Please can you share your findings on this. let me know your details i will try to contact you.

Ok. But How about buying these lands now if there is no issues with legal and pay betterment charges once akrama/sakrama come in to picture.?
