Need any legal information about Brindavan Layout Horamavu

Hi,
I am about to purchase a Construcuted house on a 30x40 PLot in Brindavan layout Horamavu. This is aB-Khata plot.I am looking for the following information about "Brindavan Layout" in Horamavu. I haven't recieved the documents yet.
* Is this layout a D.C converted Layout?
* What is the zone of this layout in the "Comprehensive Devlopment Plan"
* Is there any outstanding legal issues on this layout.
* What are the risks associated with this being a b-Khata plot
* What are the chances of this getting a-khata in the near future.

Any information on this layout would be of help.
