Need to buy land in KR Puram Outskirts

I am interested to buy a plot in Bangalore East KR Puram Outskirts in areas like Avalahalli, Medahalli, Seegehalli, Cheemasandra etc. Can anyone suggest me the list of layouts available in above areas or KR Puram Outskirts. Also can anyone explain the future growth of these areas.
My budget range is 20 Lakhs
My plot measurement is lessthan 1500 sq ft.

there is lot of litigation on the lands here , therefore one cannot see many layouts coming up here.
u should try hosakote or extnesion of hosakote for peaceful investment rather investing on revenue lands in those areas.
