Need info on Layouts in Varthur

Hi,

I have come across few new and old layouts in Varthur (Nr Varthur Govt College/Police Station) which are developed by small/medium developers.
These layouts are BBMP A Katha but individual sites will be given BBMP B Katha and Bank Loans are available(Like Axis), price they are quoting is around 2200 Rs/Sqft.

My doubts are :
1. If the individual sites are BBMP B katha will there be any problem in future ?
2. Howcome banks are providing loans on such sites?
3. Is the price range worth there?
4. Will there be appreciation for this area in near future or Should look for other areas Near Whitefield or ITPL?

If the individual plot don't have A khatha, then you will not get plan approval for the house. Without plan approval you will not get home loan.

Wrong info Abhishek. The Prestige Lakeside Habitat is located opp to the Chrysalis High School near Gunjur. It is not near FVM and overseeing the Varthur lake.
